Power Kiting!
A friend of Gareth and I is a member of a power kiting club, and has been for a fair bit.
I’ve always fancied having a go and seeing what it’s like, so Sunday 12th August we did!
Off we popped to Cleethorpes with Darren and his girlfriend Lindsay.

It was really windy, so I only got a little go, and even with Darren having hold of me, I was a little scared I was going to take off!
Gareth however has no fear – or common sense, or danger radar!
So off he went, he really looked to enjoy himself, and tried kiting with two different sizes, and had a go in the buggie too.
He got dragged all over and is still sore now, days later, but he had fun bless him.
I’d love to go again when it’s a little less windy and have a go myself.
I’ll put some photo’s on my piccies page.
